It’s obvious to any visitor that London’s famous river is one of its greatest assets. While ‘sarf’ London’s had a bad press over the years, this area south of the Thames has experienced a recent Renaissance. In the past decade, London’s South Bank has finally received the reputation it deserves as a centre for arts, culture and entertainment. Many of its original arts venues still stand, while a host of new attractions have sprung up to add to an already thriving atmosphere.
